At ZenithCurio, we are proud to offer International Shipping services. Our goal is to bring our curated collections to customers regardless of where they live in the world.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Major Regions (USA, Canada, Europe): Estimated 10–15 business days.

  • Rest of the World: Estimated 15–21 business days.

Please note: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearance, high seasonal volume, or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can monitor your package's journey directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ZenithCurio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Address & Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, ZenithCurio is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim and keep all packaging materials for inspection.
